Thomas, who goes by Tom, handles executive management and customer relations. Customers, suppliers and employees appreciate his competent, open manner. He is the steady anchor of the company. In his free time Tom serves as volunteer president of FC Eschlikon. He loves exploring the old town centre of Wil, his and his wife Claudia's new place of residence. Relaxed strolls through the weekly market on Saturdays have also become a treasured part of Tom's life.



Claudia Muggli
Deputy general manager, member of the management

Claudia is full of ideas and can be a whirlwind. This is ideal because she is charge not only of personnel but also of advertising and marketing. The way she applies her talent in these areas is a great benefit to the company. Apropos: Claudia works hard to support the apprentices not only here in the company; she also serves as an expert for final training exams and as mentor for young people seeking an apprenticeship.Privately, she enjoys her new apartment in Wil and also her commute to work, which she has only now that she no longer lives on the KNF grounds. During the drive to work she collects her thoughts for the business day. Claudia also enjoys reading as well as cooking together with her husband Tom, using fresh products from the weekly market.



Rudolf Blatter

Ruedi is our jack-of-all-trades. He is responsible for the workshop, purchasing, quality management and much more. We like his calm, level-headed manner. He always manages to soothe the seas with his good-spirited, down-to-earth nature. And of course we love his dry humour.







Corianna Pasche-Strasser
Finance manager, member of the management

Following her business administration studies in Constance, Corinna Pasche-Strasser was responsible for Finance, Controlling and Administration at an SME for 12 years. In 2010 she furthered her studies and became an expert in invoicing and controlling with a Swiss federal degree.
Our new Head of Finance and Accounting lives in Bischofszell with her husband and two daughters, Josephine (2004) and Ann-Cathrin (2007). The young family can often be seen taking walks – of course their gordon setter Laslo always goes along. In winter, it's off to the slopes, at least for the bipeds in the Pasche house. Corinna stays in top shape by practicing the trend sport zumba, in which the body and muscles are put to the test to hot Latino rhythms. She calls it dance fitness with a high fun factor.
But now and then Corinna also loves to put her legs up and take it easy. Especially with a fat novel by John Grisham – our bookkeeper likes not only numbers but also hard-hitting thriller action. And when the suspense mounts, it can even happen that she reads the whole night through. Corinna is calmness in person, which we greatly appreciate. She works with total concentration, she is serene by nature, and we have never seen her lose sight of the big picture or even her nerve. And in spite of her calmness, she is anything but boring, on the contrary: Corinna is entertaining and is an enjoyable conversation partner.
Mahmoud Abdellah
Technician

Mahmoud comes from Egypt – perhaps that explains his sunny nature. We value Mahmoud's helpful attitude, his warm-hearted disposition and his openness for new things. And we are very impressed with his German skills – it's incredible how well he learned German so fast. He finished his course with an average of 5.9 out of 6 points! In his free time he discovers together with his wife Martina Muggli the most beautiful parts of his adopted country.



Roman Bosshart
Technician

Roman has been our master repair technician for many years. Applying great technical knowledge, he reliably services and repairs pumps and compressors that have seen many years of use. He usually needs less than a workday to turn them around. Our customers greatly appreciate his speed, which reflects his ambition. In his free time, by serving as a managing officer of Egg Mountain Bike Club, he sees to it that others can intensively pursue their bicycling hobby. He also serves on the Energy and Environment Committee of the municipality of Eschlikon.


Hans Brunner
Technician
At KNF NEUBERGER since January 1, 1993

Hans is our technical specialist for laboratory systems. It often seems that there's nothing he doesn't know or can't do. He is the perfect man when it comes to vacuum controllers or the technical secrets of compressor design. Hans is also a super grill chef, a skill that we gladly let him prove every year at the KNF grill party on Hackenberg. He is also known and loved for his humour and his apposite sayings. In his free time Hans serves as speaker at Bazenheid Football Club and as a member of the organization committee for junior tournaments.


Nicola Ceretti
Head of purchasing

Nico is one of the calming influences in our company. We appreciate his positive, considered manner. As a balance to his sometimes mentally straining work, Nico loves gardening. When he and his family moved into their own home, he traded in his motorcycle for a lawnmower. The technical enthusiast proves his steady and skilled hand also at home – building radio-controlled model cars.



Bruno Stella

Bruno proves his enviable manual skills every day. He has gained extensive technical knowledge, partly thanks to his outstanding memory that would amaze an elephant. We appreciate Bruno for his unshakable optimism. He comes across as always content and happy. Even in hectic moments, he remains relaxed, positive and ready to help.


Gerhard Germann

Gerhard is calmness in person. As a sales representative, he dependably and carefully serves our key customers. We place one-hundred-percent trust in him and in his enviably good organisation. He can dig up a memo from three years ago seemingly without searching. In his free time Gerhard likes to have a blast quite often – yet again with a calm hand. He is an enthusiastic pistol marksman and practices his sport in a local shooting club.




Claude Rouge
Customer Consultant, office and area sales, Western Switzerland

Following his training as TV technician, Claude Rouge worked in area sales for several companies. The cheerful, open western Swiss lives with his family in Lavey, canton Vaud, in a house named "La Maison Blanche" – in contrast to his name. Claude enjoys skiing, biking, and playing tennis, and has recently taken up golf. We appreciate his uncomplicated, light-hearted manner and his energy.

Claude's family and friends call him the "barbecue chef". We are looking forward to this year's annual grill party on the Hackenberg more than ever – hoping to enjoy the specialities he prepares so well!



Urs von Ah
Back office sales consultant

Commercial apprenticeship, administrator at banks and a social insurance agency, office sales for a foundry and metal shop – the professional background of Urs von Ah. We appreciate his considered and level-headed manner and his concentrated and organized way of working. Among Urs' hobbies are cooking and home improvement, both to the delight of his wife and three children.



Martina Abdellah-Muggli

Martina Abdellah-Muggli is our woman for every need: in administration, in marketing, in sales administration, and for apprentice training in administration. She is also our liaison between Sales and the factory and she supports bookkeeping.
After completing her apprenticeship in sales, Martina continued with commercial training in a work-study program. Our customers appreciate her happy and courteous manner. And we appreciate the sunshine Martina brings into the office with her positive verve.
In her free time Martina is a voracious reader of books and loves being together with family and friends and cooking for them.
Sandra Schütz
Sales Administration

We appreciate Sandra Schütz not only for her technical competence but also for her calm, collegial, and convivial personality. Even when things get hectic, our sales administrator keeps her cool, never loses sight of the big picture, and remains extremely efficient. She is responsible for processing orders and for sales administration, and she also handles the telephone switchboard. Sandra’s flexibility is especially valuable to us. If anyone ever has an emergency, we can always count on her. And Sandy regularly brings us fine almond croissants or homemade cake.
In her free time Sandra enjoys decorating her house, making a cosy home for her family. In winter you can find Sandra on the ski slopes, and in summer swimming in nearby picturesque Bichelsee.


Jaqueline Kägi
Commercial apprentice (3rd year of apprenticeship)

In August 2011 Jaqueline entered her third year of commercial apprenticeship, during which she will concentrate on bookkeeping, receive the final portion of her training, and begin processing orders. She is responsible for debtor and creditor payments, independently handles overdue payments, and manages the shipping account on her own. Jaqueline is now the "senior" in our apprentice trio and she works and handles herself accordingly: she is absolutely reliable and independent. She accepts responsibility with pleasure. Jacky is cheerful and good natured – she is our sunshine!
In her time off she likes to play guitar, inline skate, ski, and ride bicycle. She also enjoys baking and babysitting.
Michael Müller
Commercial apprentice (2nd year of apprenticeship)

With his happy, upbeat disposition, Michael brings a gust of fresh air into the company every morning. He is humorous, always ready for some fun, and his whole face lights up when he smiles. And when it comes to work, we are the ones who are smiling, because he is a valuable employee we can fully rely upon. He works dependably, he is calm and deliberate, and he thinks carefully before he acts.
Michael lives with his family in nearby Guntershausen (TG), where he is an active member of the gymnastic club. He enjoys all sorts of sports; his favourites are skiing, tennis, and jumpstyle.
